This year's Winter School, organized by the Federation of German Scientists (VDW e. V.) in collaboration with the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (LMU), Germany, and the University for Life and Peace (ULP), Taiwan, unfolded under the question What are the neurocognitive and social mechanisms needed for an ecological turn? Running from October 28 to December 3, the program brought together students from over 20 countries.

“How to achieve Balanced Sustainability in a Changing World?” was the main question of the Autumn School 2022. Organized by the VDW and hosted by the LMU Munich, the international Autumn School welcomed participants from 15 countries and many more areas of expertise, to discuss how we can shape the future of our world in a sustainable way.
